Breaking News: Bomb Blast Reported At Enugu Polling Unit

News just reaching us indicates that a car bomb exploded at the WTC Primary School Polling Booth in Enugu North Local Government Area of Enugu State at about 7.38 am today, March 28. Tension is high in Enugu following a reported bomb explosion at a polling unit at the WTC Primary School, Enugu, Saturday morning.WTC Primary School is located at Enugu North, one of the municipal local government areas in the Coal City State. Meanwhile, this is not the first explosion to have happened in the state, in January, there was heightened tension in Enugu following a bomb explosion at the national headquarters of the apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, in the state. It was further gathered that the explosion caused a fire outbreak but it was swiftly put out, and that the devastation affected parts of the main hall of the Ohanaeze secretariat where major meetings of the body are held. Although no life was lost, close sources reported that the impact of the explosion shook the entire vicinity. Many people have attributed the explosion to the recent leadership crisis which has pitched the Enwo Igariwey-led leadership against the Elders Council of Ohanaeze led by elder statesman, Mbazuluike Amaechi.

How To Create a Blog on Blogger For Testing Templates and Codes I recommend you create a blog on Blogger for testing templates and codes before making changes to your live blogspot blog. By doing this, you won't mess up with your blog by uploading a corrupt template. I always use test blogs when testing templates, scripts and other hacks before implementing the changes on my blog. Since text blogs are used only for experimental reasons, I set them up in a way different from the way I set up my main blogs. First of all, I ensure that they are not listed in public listing of blogger, not visible to search engines; not appear in my Google+ or blogger profile page. Atimes, I also set them up in a way that no one else can view it except me. Luckily, Blogger allows us to set up any number of blogs for FREE and also makes it easy to create a Blog on Blogger with the settings highlighted above. How To Get Started ==> Go to www.blogger.com and sign in with your Google account details. create blog ==> Choose a name for your test blog e.g My Test Blog 1 ==> Next you will need to choose your blog address (something.blogspot.com). Try to use an address which is unlikely to be used by other Bloggers ==> Choose one of the default templates and create your blog. The next screen invites you to make your first post. This is actually quite important as having a few posts in your test blog will be of great benefit in seeing how your experiments will work when you try them out. I recommend you change a few settings as explained below, before adding posts to your test blog. 1. Go to Settings tab. 2. Go to Basic sub-tab. 3. Add description for the test blog eg a test blog for testing templates and scripts. 4. Via "Privacy", Set 'No' for Add your blog to our listings? option and also Set 'No' for Let search engines find your blog? option as seen in the screenshot below: Blogspot privacy After configuring these settings, neither your test blog will be indexed by search engines, nor it will be displayed in public search listings of blogger blogs. How To Restrict Readers From Viewing the Test Blog 1. Go to Settings tab. 2. Go to Basic sub-tab. 2. Scroll down to Permissions. 3. In Blog Readers section, select the "Private - Only blog authors" option. Blogger Permissions After configuring this option, no one can view your blog except you. Disconnecting Test Blog From Google+ Profile If you've linked your Google+ profile with your Blogger account, you can follow the steps below to disconnect your test blog from auto-sharing the posts on your test blog on Google+ : ==> Go to Google+ tab of your test blog ==> Scroll down and click on "Disable Google+ Link" If you're still using Blogger Profile instead of Google+ profile, go to your dashboard, click "edit profile", select blogs to display and uncheck your test blog from the listing. So, How Do I Add Posts To My Test Blog? For posts in your first test blog, you can copy some individual posts (eg 10 posts) from your main blog making sure each post has at least an image in it. Also ensure you add at least one label to each post. The images and labels will be useful when testing templates with featured images and label widgets. When creating more test blogs, you can simply import posts from your first test blog to the new test blogs. You can also easily generate a paragraph or two of dummy text using the Lorem Ipsum generator but ensure you add images and labels to the posts. Now you can use your test blog for whatever experiments you choose! You can upload your existing template to test new modifications, try out your scripts or codes, or even try a new Blogger template you've downloaded somewhere! When you have finished using your test blog, you can easily delete it by going to Settings > Other and choosing the "Delete blog" option. Once you do this, the blog will be deleted forever. Also the blog url will be released and available for others to use instead. Do you use test blogs ? If not, how do you manage the modifications done on your Blogger blog?

As technology advances, privacy is getting vanished. So, it's no more news that hidden cameras are now been planted in some locations. If you frequently make use of hotel rooms, trial rooms, changing rooms etc, then the chance of getting spotted by a hidden camera is very high. In this blog post, I've decided to share with you, how to detect a hidden camera with your cell phone and camera detectors. How To Detect Hidden Camera With Mobile Phone 1. When you are in a private room, turn off the lights, and close the curtains. Launch your phone camera but do not turn the flash light on. Turn around the room with your cell phone. When tiny red or green LED light is found, that means that a hidden microphone or camera is installed. If no LED light, the room is OK. 2. Place a call on your cell phone, then wave the device around where you think there might be a hidden camera or microphone. If you can hear a clicking noise on the call, it means your phone might be interfering with an electromagnetic field. If you can’t make a call there is a chance of a hidden camera too. The scientific explanation behind this phenomena is “interference of fiber optic cable during the signal transfer”. 3. Launch the flashlight of your smartphone and carefully examine books, clocks, air purifiers, lamps etc. If you notice any pinhole-sized holes, you might have a hidden camera in the room. How to detect hidden camera behind mirror Launch the flashlight of your smartphone and shine it directly onto a wall mounted mirror. Take the flashlight and move it progressively closer to the mirror until it touches the mirror. If you can see through the mirror, or notice the light shining through it, you have a one-way mirror, and possibly a hidden camera behind it. A mirror should always reflect light, not allow the light to penetrate through it. Using Hidden Camera Detectors hidden camera detector Alternatively, you can buy hidden camera detectors. That's much better than searching for minuscule cameras hidden somewhere among the hundred possible places in the room. These portable devices are of different types, small and simple to use. You can hold one of them up to your eye, and look around the room. When it finds a camera, you'll see the light reflection from the cameras LED. Another one vibrates when you're close in close vicinity to a hidden camera. Others give off flashing lights or beeping sounds when you sweep specific objects that contain hidden cameras. I hope this info helps. Kindly share with friends.

Check out Msada on Spice TV Africa! Snowball is what happens, they say when you live your life—I mean, the life you're meant to live. I decided to do what ever it is to be me. Somehow, I've combined my different loves into a career path. Funny, none of this is planned. I wouldn't have thought five years ago, that I'll be living my best life, let alone, writing about it. What a fabulous opportunity to be featured on TV! On Spice TV Africa that is. I had a great time working with Spice TV Africa, bringing my motherland Spice Most sought after photographers. Episode originally aired on June 6th. Spice Most is an official countdown in everything fashion, pop culture and style and you can catch an episode on Spice TV Africa, on Africa's DSTV Channel 192, Fridays at 2. Notable photographers highlighted (not all inclusive) were Obi Somto, Kelechi Amadi Obi, Hakeem Salaam, Seyi Isikalu, Emeka Okereke, Ty Bello. Each photographer's work spoke in me in a different way. The thing I like about photography as an art is how a good photograph can help you reach the soul of a subject, without even knowing them. Just like any other form of framed artwork, a good piece is always subject to an audience's interpretation, conjures up different emotions. I certainly enjoyed working on this episode. I couldn't have pulled through this episode without my good friend and formidable woman for a fabulous opportunity, an ambitious one to watch: Sharon Rekana Ojong—Creative Director, D.E.E.V.A.S—a platform empowering young, ambitious men and women who dare to think outside the box, dream big and follow it. Thank you! My mind was totally scatter balls! You made it that much easier and quite enjoyable. My motherland is brewing with so much ambition and often, there's no outlet. That's where Sharon comes in. She has created just that. She empowers young people who dare to dream big. I indulge her in a little chat in my next article. Right now, she's running a BE YOU campaign. "In every woman is someone who is different, elegant, eclectic, versatile, ambitious, sassy but classy and it's our vision to see each and every diva showcase who they really are, what they are made of or stand for, where they are headed and how they choose to live – D.E.E.V.A.S" Be sure to check it out! Catch you later. Thanks for reading. I appreciate you. Love,
